You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph love login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ph love will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility unless you have notified ph love of unauthorized access in writing without undue delay.
ph love reserves the right to refuse account registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where ph love has reason to believe that the player has violated these Terms or applicable law.
ph love accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to the player's ph love wallet upon confirmation of receipt by ph love's payment processing systems.
Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification and wagering requirements. ph love reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership.
ph love does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ph love accepts no responsibility. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).
ph love implements anti-money laundering (AML) controls in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. ph love reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction it deems suspicious.
ph love offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds. Real Money Funds are used first in all wagering activity unless otherwise specified. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph love Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
ph love reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold any associated balances pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.
All content on the ph love Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of ph love or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ph love Platform without the prior written consent of ph love. Any unauthorized use of ph love's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph love shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
ph love's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that player into their ph love account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph love does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph love will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering new accounts. Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements. Bonus Funds and associated winnings are non-refundable upon account closure.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting ph love's customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
ph love reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ph love will provide registered players with at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email or in-platform notification before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the ph love Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact ph love's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. ph love will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a written complaint.
ph love operates under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players who believe that ph love has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
